You know, Rick, I agree with you.  I find that my students respond
when I remove my masks and share my vulnerabilities... instead
of school becoming a performance, they appreciate hearing something
*real* about their teachers, knowing that they're human beings, too;
imperfect, with hopes, dreams, hurts, loves, longings.... knowing that
their teachers are willing to be open and real in this manner means 
that they too can lose their inhibitions,  be open to the music and
the spirit, open up and sing, Sing, SING........












.......oh, you meant without any clothes on.

Hmmmm... maybe i'll wait until it warms up some outside. :)
