Yerushalyim Shel Zahav-English lyrics?

I received an E-mail inquiry for English lyrics for "Yerushalayim Shel Zahav."

Best I can locate to date are translations, but not actual English lyrics to 
fit the melody. Does anybody know if such a thing exists?

BTW I am now a proud owner of all four volumes of the Naomi Shemer Songbooks.
