I'm sorry, but I must disagree - since when did the copyright laws change
to allow those who "just can't afford the music" to use, copy, edit, or
perform it for free? This is a ridiculous concept! I don't believe that
it is possible to go into a department store, see something you like,
take it and use, without paying for it. Music is no different!
Composers, perfomers and recording artists deserve more than just our
respect and adulation - they deserve our hard -earmed money in return
for their hard work. No, children don't get a break because the don' t
have a job and those who simply can't afford the music can save, scrimp
or borrow in order to purchase it. There is a reason why the entire music
industry and especially music publishers are disappearing from the scene
at an alarming rate: people who don't respect the artists and the
companies enough to pay for the privelege of using their creations. If
you disagree with that concept, then please at least take this to heart:
doing anything but purchasing the items is AGAINST THE LAW! This more
than enough reason for everyone, I would think.
