Jewish music/culture programming for non-Jewish audiences

I'm wondering if anyone out there has developed any kind of Jewish
music/culture program or presentation for non-Jewish audiences -- something
to educate, inform and enlighten the non-Jewish world about the "mysteries"
of Judaism. There seems to be considerable interest among non-Jews in knowing
more about Jewish beliefs and practices , for whatever reason -- seeking
their "Jewish roots," or perhaps just plain curiosity. 

I'm considering the possibility of developing such a program or series in my
community, and would like input from anyone who has had success with similar
efforts.
