[HANASHIR:17006] RE: Pharaoh

Okay!  I'll try to describe the hand motions via e-mail.  Don't laugh!

Pharaoh, Pharaoh     (Egyptian move) (in both directions)

(right hand raised up over head with palm facing down to the right)

(left hand down by your tush with the palm up to the left)

                  (repeat motion in opposite direction)

Whoa         (Clap hands over your head (shaking head from side to side) (Egyptian Style))

Baby         (Cradle Baby)

Let My People         (Point to the people in front with both index fingers)

Go              (Throw thumbs over each shoulder to say go away).

I hope you're not confused.  You should have seen me doing this in my computer room just now.  Too bad my son is already sleeping.  He would have done it while I typed.  Instead, I had to dance and type myself.  Too funny.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Shalom- I know this is kind of early, considering we haven't even celebrated Purim yet, however I'm already thinking about Pesach. Does anyone know all of the motions to Mah Tovu's "Pharaoh, Pharaoh" chorus? I remember that it starts with the Egyptian hands going in both directions....I think there is the sign language for baby in there for "Whoa Baby.."....I can't remember the rest. I know it's hard to e-mail motions, but if someone knows and could try I would appreciate it. Thanks! and have a Happy Purim!
