The "Shirim K'tanim" series of video tapes is superb.  I have two of them
and my kids used to watch them for hours.  Each tape has more than 30
Israeli children's songs on different themes, sung in Hebrew by Israeli pop
singers, and each song is like a mini music video, with English subtitles.
(The website advertises transliteration also, but the vids we bought at the
Ben Gurion duty free shop 10 years ago only have translation). The
direction, while simple, is tasteful, and the graphics are colorful and
cute.
