[HANASHIR:16858] recorded music on website

Can anyone advise me as to the correct method of acquiring the right to 
place recorded versions of published music on a synagogue website.  
Transcontinental has very clear instructions regarding the way of 
calculating mechanicals based on numbers of CD's but, unless I have missed 
something, the instructions do not address the issue of placing a recording 
on a website.
