Shalom Friends,

I hope you will allow me to indulge myself in this shameless 
self-promotion. This Wednesday I will be featured on a live Internet 
Webcast where I will performing my newest musical work, TIKKUN, a 
compelling and diverse collection of songs and meditations inspired by, and 
based on Rebbe Nachman's "Tikkun HaKlali". You can learn more about the 
Rebbe Nachman z'l and the Tikkun HaKlali, and Jewish healing (with song) at

This musical work originated in 1995 when, in the midst of my own personal 
transition, I found myself with guitar in hand and a flow of 27 songs and 
meditations, inspired by the Tikkun, working their way through me and into 
my world. Indeed they helped me get through a difficult period and were 
then shelved. Last year they nudged me again and I began to revive them. 
That effort evolved slowly over the past year and a half into a double-CD 
which will be released soon (G-d willling) to the public. Meantime, I have 
been performing, learning, and facilitating workshops in all sorts of 
venues and situations in order to "test" the music. I have found that the 
power and wisdom of the Tehillim/Psalms does, in fact, support the healing 
process in a most powerful manner. Especially when put to music.
