Temple Judea, a 600 family congregation in Greater Miami, seeks a cantorial
soloist/song leader to lead worship alongside the rabbi on Friday nights
(mostly at 6:00 p.m.) and at Saturday Shabbat/b'nai mitzvah services,
beginning in July, 2004.  The congregation is in the midst of significant
worship transformation, reflected in our growing participatory style, and
guided by "a decorum of joy."  Our new sacred space, to be completed by the
High Holy Days, is one exciting aspect of this transformation, enabling a
closer, warmer service.   Ability to connect with congregants and engage
them in our informal and yet holy worship is the chief quality we seek in
