Hi:

I know it may not be exactly what you're looking for, but have you tried 
singing games, such as a mock jeopardy game where they have to sing various 
types of songs/prayers/blessings to get the points?  It requires them to 
sing, know what they're singing, and identify it in context.  And...it's 
fun!
