Soufganiot and Judah Maccabee are two of Rabbi Joe Black's compositions 
(he has another fun one, Chanuka Menorah, for the same season).  They 
are terrific songs which I have used in my teaching and with my kids' 
choirs, and I encourage you to find his tapes/cds and songbook and add 
them to your library.  You can contact him at lanitunes (at) aol(dot)com, and 
also purchase his various offerings through soundswrite (and other 
distributers).
