Do you mean the English translation of "l'man tizkru"?
If so, then the answer is yes. In English it's: "That ye may remember
and do all of my commandments, and be holy unto
your God."
Although the last three words ("Ani Adoshem Elokeichem") never made it
into the song, as far as I know.
