Maseng has a lovely choral version of his Mah Tovu. I do the solo  on 
Shabbat morning, and the congregation joins me in the chorus. You can 
get it from Transcon.  It might be a stretch for a volunteer choir, 
though there are a lot of those that are just as good as the pro ones.
