  I second the motion on Trope Trainer.  Among other things: A very nice
  step-by-step tutorial; pick your pitch, pick your nusach (there must be at
  least a dozen for torah, and more than half a dozen for haftarah), pick
  your singing range; change the speed; all the parshas and haftarahs are
  included (automatically tied to a calendar); optional color coding on the
  screen; and so forth and so on.

  Also: High Holiday Trope, etc.

  Deluxe edition has all the above, plus the five Megillot.

  And so: you can do everything from learning the basics, the phrases and
  applying them to the parsha -- or simply play a parsha, or aliyah, or
  pasuk, and memorize that.  You can set things so you can practice along
  with it, etc etc.

  A terrific package.  Every shul, at the least, ought to have one.
