Friends - Does anyone know the piece, "Y'hi Shalom?" I don't know who
it's by. I heard it at a caje conference about 13 years ago sung by
Robyn Helzner. It's a great piece for middle school chorus or adults.
Here are the words - if anyone knows where I can get the Hebrew text I'm
most interested (or any information about this) (including sheet music I
guess).
Y'hi shalom, t'hi ahava (repeat)
V'lo yisa goy el goy char bo, bo shalom, bo.
Verse: Ha sharim, kulanu k'echad, Lo k'dai, ach ai l'shir l'vad.
Bein adam, ba-olam, bein adam, ha rishon.
And there's another verse but I think you get the gist of it.
Many thanks,
Meris Ruzow
