[HANASHIR:15654] Re: sing along

To all - especially Barbara Stambler - several years ago I was hired to
create a compilation recording of the most well-known Israeli songs - given the
mandate that they wanted Halleluya, Heveinu Shalom Aleichem, Hava Nagila, Artsa
Alinu, Hatikvah, Yerushalayim Shel Zahav, Bashana Haba'a, Erev Shel Shoshanim,
Laila Laila and then whatever else I wanted - for 90 plus minutes of song.
It ended up in the bins under the World Music category as Jerusalm of Gold CD
on the Exelsior label - and I ended up with a double cassette project
(Israel Song Favorites) that include all of the above plus: 2 versions of Hine
Ma
Tov, 2 of David Melech, Tsena Tsena, Horshat haEcalyptus, Sisu et Yerushalayim,
Lach Yerushalayim, Rad HaLaila, Ha-Ir Ba-Afor, Sham Harei Golan, Nigun Attik,
Shuva Elai, Eli Eli, Al Kol Ale, Erev Ba and more.

I still have a number of sets and I would be happy to make them available at
$10 for both (vol 1 & 2) if anyone is interested. They are great for
sing-a-longs and the Hebrew diction is very clear.
