Shamash list owners-

Shamash.org has always been white-listed by AOL to accidently prevent AOL 
from blocking Shamash's mail.  For some reason that the postmaster at AOL 
cannot determine, mail from Shamash began to be blocked from AOL's servers, 
resulting in error messages over the weekend.

I have been in communication with AOL's postmaster/abuse team and they 
understand that Shamash does not send unsolicited mail and they are 
removing the block which was placed over the weekend.

Starting today around 9 am EST AOL has informed me that mail from Shamash 
will being moving through their servers normally once again.  Of course, 
Shamash will be monitoring the situation and confirming that this occurs.

Thank you for your understanding in this frustrating time.  Please also 
remember Shamash has a strong policy against unsolicited bulk mail and we 
do not allow people to be added to our lists against their will (they must 
100% opt-in, not be added to a list against their desires and have the 
option to opt-out)!!  All of this is explained in our Acceptable Use Policy 
at http://shamash.org/help/aup.shtml which you agreed to before your list 
was created.
