  Same as Sukkot kiddush with just one replacement (according to the nusach
  I follow):

  Instead of: "Chag Ha'Sukkah HaZeh..."

  We say: "Chag Atzeret HaChag HaZeh..."

  (And, for this year, all the shabbat insertions, too.)
