Dear Hevre,

I just wanted to let everyone know that on the first day of R.H. my volunteer 
choir (called "Kehillah Chorale") sang Carol Boyd Leon's wonderful 
Shehecheyanu.  This is a group of volunteers - no auditions - just people who 
enjoy 
singing, and who want to participate in a small way in H.H. services.  They 
sang 
two pieces on R.H. and will sing one more on Y.K.  They absolutely loved 
Carol's Shecheyanu.  They got really into the spirit - and did an outstanding 
job!  
Even more importantly, the congregation absolutely loved it - and gave us 
great feedback.  This piece is definitely a keeper - and we are all psyched to 
sing it again next year!  Obviously, it could be sung in venues other than High 
Holidays.  I recommend that any of you with volunteer choirs contact Carol for 
info. on how to get this piece.
