These are the motions that I teach for Artik (but I have no idea whether or not 
they are the "official" ones.)  For "Artik mentah chocolat banana," everyone 
kind of shuffles toward the right while waving their hands back and forth.  At 
the end of the line, we say "woo!" and raise our arms.  Everyone shuffles 
toward the other direction (left) and waves their arms again during "Artik 
mentah chocolat limon."  During "Woah," everyone circles their fists above 
their heads, and during "chocolat banana," they circle their fists down lower.  
They repeat for the last line.  Hope that was clear and correct!
