See <http://www.shemayisrael.com/smicha/>

and <http://www.shemayisrael.com/smicha/Intro_Shulchan_Aruch2.pdf>

There are also references to 9-CD set Hebrew Course (see
<http://www.shemayisrael.com/dikduk/index.htm>, which is an update of yet
a different program (see <http://www.pirchei.com/dik-duk-buk/index.htm>.
I know nothing about the Hebrew course, but I can say the following:

I am taking two other on-line courses from them: "Hilchos Shabbos" (the
halachot of Shabbat) and "Shulchan Arukh". The materials are top notch,
and everyone who I have showed the materials to are impressed. Sample
materials at at <http://www.shemayisrael.com/smicha/samples.htm>
