My beloved old rabbi used to send us off each summer with instructions to
"take a long walk, read a good book, and make a new friend." To this I
like to add, "sing a new song." So, here are some new songs to enjoy by

Janet Pape's original composition "Ashreinu,"

Janet is a cantorial soloist in Paris, and she wrote this Ashreinu melody 
for Rosh Hashanah. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to post her wedding
