Dear James: some folks may not agree with this assumption, particularly those 
of us who write Jewish music but have NEVER been to Jewish camp. I write 
music for a much broader (and frankly more adult) audience. I am flattered when 
someone wants to introduce one of my songs at camp but they still ought to ASK 
me; and if they want to record one of my [copyrighted] songs they MUST ask me. 
I would be upset if they did not and I am probably not alone in this 
sentiment.
