Hi to all -- Thanks for your helpful replies to my questions about work, pay 
and the reality of working in the Jewish community.

I have scheduled a meeting with my Educator for later this month. I feel 
empowered enough to share the new ideas that my Hava Nashira experience helped 
to 
inspire, and also to express my concerns and needs. 

I am just now starting to listen to my tapes (planning a wedding and looking 
for a house leaves little free time!). I am remembering why I went and why I 
would like to go again. The best part was meeting and making music with 160 
other people who all want to do the same work I want to do. Bless you all.
