Of course, you need to coordinate with the Rabbi.  I don't think there's any 
need to learn a new Sheva Brachot if there are only minor word changes from 
what you're used to (you didn't say what that was).  The Conservative Rabbi's 
I've officiated with spoke the Birkat Erusin themselves.
