Susan,
I'm in a Jewish band which does a good deal of klezmer music. The quick
answer to your question is - there's not a lot of "classic" klezmer that
comes with individual parts, other than the melodies and perhaps a piano
part. The Kammen books are just that.
Some of the later stuff that was written for the Yiddish theater is
annotated more completely, but you're still not going to find full
arrangements, I'm afraid.
