I have found that songsheets (a booklet-sheets stapled together) always has 
been successful both for camp and school. And I also teach the chorus to the 
k-3 for the songs in which the older kids learn in it's entirety - this way 
they 
can join in when we are all together. With songsheets they really can 
concentrate on learning the song (and enjoying participating sooner) than going 
line 
by line (usually "Arlo Guthrie/P. Seeger style") which takes longer for them 
to learn. I also like using sheets because it allows more songs to be covered 
in a shorter period of time which allows for more variety and finding one 
particular song that they really like, which helps with the next session! It's 
what 
works for me...just a few thoughts...
