[HANASHIR:14646] Starting a music program

Hi everyone,

The synagogue I work at is just starting to put together a music 
program for the religious school and we were just wondering if anyone 
had any suggestions on how to start it. How do we make it fun for the 
kids who are not used to it? We are mainly concerned about making it 
fun for the older kids (5-7 grade) and are there any songs that work 
better for them? Are there any techniques to introducing it for the 
first time?

Any input would be appreciated.
