maybe we should start by not considering Hebrew a "foreign" language?

It's not only fun to sing songs in Hebrew, but it's the best way to
learn and become comfortable with the language.  What better way to
teach our yeladim about their culture and language if not through the
arts?    Just make sure that you yourself are comfortable enough (and
are speaking correctly).  Practice, practice, practice!   It can be done
-- it just takes effort.  But you yourself will feel tremendous success
if you can teach a few words of vocabulary in Hebrew learned through a
song.   Now "go and learn!"
