[HANASHIR:14199] "Neighbor song" needed!

On May 12, I need to sing two songs at an interfaith "Pastoral Ministries 
Volunteer Lunch" at a large retirement community.

They requested I sing a song that fits their theme, which, believe it or 
not, they told me is taken from Mr. Rogers's "Let me be your neighbor" (as 
well as singing my Hinei Mah Tov).

I think a "neighbor song" in English rather than Hebrew would work best.  I 
welcome your suggestions as well as information on how I can QUICKLY get 
hold of sheet music as I've never had to sing a neighbor song before!
