[HANASHIR:13980] RE: questions

I think we might all be interested in hearing about the "top 40" hits!
How about sharing that with the list? Judy - is this compilation of
yours for a supplemental reform synagogue? Day school? Family ed
programs.. etc?

Subject: [HANASHIR:13979] questions

Is anyone on this list attending the Small Congregations Conference in
St. Louis? If so, please e-mail me privately - judy (at) judymusic(dot)com

Also, I am trying to compile a list for a workshop I am presenting. The
list will contain "Must Have Jewish Music Resources". I have divided
the list into 3 categories:
Resources for the youngest child (pre-K - 8 yrs. old)
Resources for the elementary aged child (8-11)
Resources for teens (12 - 18 yrs.)

I would welcome any of your opinions on essential repertoire or
resources to include for a Religious School setting both print music and
recorded music. Again, please e-mail me privately.

And finally, has anyone successfully used any current Top 40 radio hits
to teach Jewish concepts in the classroom? If so, I would love to hear
about it. judy (at) judymusic(dot)com

Thanks,

Judy :)
