Hi all,
    Halleluyah by Oshrat and Or was written in 1979 for the Eurovision 
Song Competition and It won Best Song. Israel has done quite well over 
the years in this International Song Competition.  Steve Lawrence and 
Edie Gormay ( Sp?) recorded it in the US in English under an assumed 
name ( can't remember it offhand) and it was climbing the pop charts in 
the US until their real identity was revealed and then it was downhill 
all the way.  I remember seeing them on the talk show circuit that year 
singing it.  They were great.  It was published by Gogly Music 
Publishing Co. Tel Aviv and Intersong Music.  It is available in unison, 
2 part choir ( great for junior choirs) and 4 part SATB, if not many 
other types of arrangements.
