[HANASHIR:13417] Re: Fun "rock" jewish music for hebrew school

You Can Change the World is by Jeffrey Klepper and Donald Rossoff.  It is on
Kol B'seder's, Songs for Growin' II album.  The music is in Kol B'seder's
Songs for Growing music book.

It is a wonderful song, with a great message.  My kids love it!

Since we're on the subject of Jeff Klepper(and/or Kol B'seder) and Purim,
there's a great song on their "In Every Generation" recording called "We
Didn't Start No Trouble" sung to the tune of "We Didn't Start the Fire" by
Billy Joel. It's a great song that middle school aged kids would love,
providing they could get the lyrics out, there's a bunch of them. The chorus
is easy enough, though, if you wanted to tackle the verses yourself. It's
almost like a musical Megillah reading in itself. Great song!!
