Dick:
In my experience, the 13th year of a synagogue usually gets the
attention, not the tenth.
Karen Daniel once adopted her daughter's bat mitzvah song, "Thirteen
years" for use at a congregational bar mitzvah celebration, at the
request of Carol Boyd Leon.
So, if you wait three years...

Subject: [HANASHIR:13354] 10th year founding certificate
In April we are celebrating our 10th year as a congregation. I want to
honor those who were the founding members.
I have a service around the number 10. Do any of you have a service for
an anniversary of a congregation or to honor the founding members?
2. Do you know of any certificates we can give to the founding fathers
and mothers of the congregation?
