[HANASHIR:13334] RE: Three questions

Well it's not "Cindy Paley's" Banu Choshech l'Garesh. It was written by
S. Levy-Tannai and music by I. Amiran. "We've come to drive away
darkness. In our hands, light and fire. Each one of us is a small
light but together we are mighty. Go away darkness! Be gone blackness!
Go away before our light !!"
This is a great tune for kids/adults of all ages. I do it with a dumbek
or djembie in the background which starts off the tempo in the
introduction. Then we use an accelerando throughout. Enjoy!

Now who is Naomi Teplow? Is she Israeli or from here?
Thanks

Subject: [HANASHIR:13333] Three questions

Shalom! I need help please with the following:

1. Does anyone have the words to Cindy Paley's
translation of "Banu Choshech L'garesh"?

2. Does anyone have the words or know how I can
acquire the words and chords to the Israeli song "Ki
Ha'adam Etz Hasade"? I only know it was recorded years
ago by Nurit Galron.

3. I am interested in purchasing sheet music for some
songs on Naomi Teplow's CD "Kumi Ori". Can anyone tell
me if it is available and where to find it?

Thanks for all your help, everyone!
Biv'racha,
Ilana
