My son's Israeli Talmud Torah teacher taught this song in class and I called
her and had her sing it to me. Then I songled it for the congregation
Hannoukha party. I can write it down and fax it to you, if you'd like.

Does anyone have the melody line notated for "Banu Choshech," or know if
it is in a songbook? I don't have it in the Israeli songbooks I have.
The song is on Cindy Paley's Chanukah tape. Cindy thinks the song may be
Israeli from the 1950s. In addition, does anyone know anything about the
artists who the song is attributed to, E. Amiran and S. Levi?
It's still a great song to be singing this time of year.
Thanks for your assistance.
