[HANASHIR:13086] Tot Shabbat Age Groups

Awihle back I had asked for input into Tot Shabbat programs and the response 
was overwhelming.  Using the feedback so many of you offered, I was able to 
compile a comprehensive proposal that we are slowly adding to our current 
program.

One of the issues we are working through now is the age group to target for 
Tot Shabbat, and I have two questions for this group:  1)  What age group do 
you gear your Tot Shabbat program to, and 2) What age group actually attends 
your Tot Shabbats.
