[HANASHIR:13047] Sibelius or Finale

I am looking to purchase a music writing program and I want one that is the 
most user friendly but with the most capabilities. I'd like to use it on a 
laptop, also... I'm looking to purchase a laptop for music writing, word 
processing and e-mail.  Any recommendations?-
