Within the last year or so, a new clearinghouse site for Jewish a cappella
has been established at www.habayit.org. It seems to be updated with some
frequency, and currently has information on 39 Jewish a cappella
groups--mostly collegiate, though some based in communities and a few
post-grad semi-professional groups. It's really worth a visit.
