Soooo sorry, folks!  Someone recommended the song to me and told me it
was by Dean Friedman; I wasn't sure, and checked Debbie Friedman's songs
on the SoundsWrite website and couldn't find it ... so figured the
person who recommended it to me was correct.  Thanks for setting me
straight, and for all your other recommendations!!

Two things:

1) Dean Friedman did not write "I Am A Latke;" That was our good friend,
Debbie.
a. Dean has a web site with most of his stuff at (you guessed it)

b. Dean did write a song called "Love My Latkes" off of a little known
tape
he titled A Million Matzah Balls
c. Typical Dean Friedman style: lots of fast-at-ya words, but
brilliantly
funny and fun. His adult stuff is even better.

2) If I go to Ohio State for CAJE, expect that I will be showing up in
my
Michigan State green-and-white! No offence to the good people of the
"big
river" state, but I hope to be kickin' it with my homeys from the "big
mitten state to the north" in typically good-natured, Ohio State /
Michigan
State rivalry. Yeah, yeah, yeah.... There hasn't been a real reason to
have
a rivalry since the late '80's when MSU had a good football team, but it
would be like "baby steps" to see me on an Ohio State campus in
pre-football
season. Any body else gets this riled up when they travel into the
lion's
den??
