[HANASHIR:12650] www.totshabbat.com

I'm setting up a new web page with Jewish music and other resources for
families with young children. It's going to be called www.totshabbat.com.

I'd like to invite the Hava Nashira community to contribute
mp3 recordings of Shabbat and holiday melodies for kids. These can be

- traditional melodies you've recorded yourself

- tunes you've written and recorded

- tunes composed and/or recorded by someone else, if the copyright holder
  gives permission.

- links to your music posted elsewhere online

MP3 files can be home-made recordings; all you need is a PC with a
microphone. If anyone needs instructions, let me know and I'll post them
to the listserv. Professionally recorded music is fine, as long as we
have permission from the copyright holder.

Along with your recording I will be happy to post your name, contact
information, a link to your home page, etc. If you have CD's for sale I'll
post that link, too. I can also post sheet music in pdf format, lyrics
sheets, etc.

Please email your contributions to me at:

   selinger (at) cua(dot)edu

If you'd rather, you can send a CD to Robin Selinger, 724 N. Belgrade
Rd., Silver Spring, MD 20902.

I hope to get the website up and running within a few weeks.

Don't work with little kids? If you have any original compositions for
teens or adults, I'd be delighted to post them for you at my other music
website, http://www.geocities.com/shireinu.

Many thanks!
