I just taught "When You Give a Little Ahava" and it was a tremendous hit
- the older grades have learned it in sign language - I even put the
words on large board for opening session with parents - they're all
humming it now!
others for consideration: David Melech (younger ones love it and learn
the words quickly and enjoy hand motions), responsive Hinei Ma Tov,
Heiveinu (camp version/ooh-aah), Everyone has a Little Music in Them....
I didn't see the original beginning, but these are ones that come to
mind for younger classes I teach.........
