I think it depends on where you live. In Oregon or Wyoming, states with 
smaller Jewish populations, if you want a choir you may well have to bring in 
some non-Jews to fill out thin (or non-existing) sections. Or if you really 
need to keep it "in the family", as it were, accept the reality and settle 
for three-part or even two-part charts.

BTW, I sang for pay in a Catholic choir back in college. Works both ways...
