University of Wisconsin's distance learning program has a fabulous series of 
Biblical Hebrew courses--running from basics through prophets, Esther, etc.  I 
took it several years ago (two courses anyway--at the more intermediate level). 
 Highly recommended.  Also Yale U. Press has a two volume Biblical Hebrew text 
that is fairly easy to do on your own.

Neither is computer based, but well worthwhile.
