[HANASHIR:12502] Make your own Siddur - Help

I was looking for a litle help, so I thought to turn here.

I am working on a project with some friends and we want to create a siddur 
booklet if you will.  I am currently using a template made available by 
NFTY/KESHER by Jonathan Klein.  However, I would like to include things like, 
all of Hashkivienu, Yedid Nefesh, Tzadik Katamar, etc.

The format that has been created is excellent:  Hebrew on one side, line by 
line transliteration on the left, and english translation below.  It is in 
Microsoft word using "Shebrew" font.

Does anybody have a place, version, copy of something like this but with some 
additional or complete prayers?  Any help would be great...
