[HANASHIR:12490] Song for new member Sabbath - suggestion

     How about Debbie Friedman's "B'rucha Ha Ba-a"?  It's about as literally 
welcoming as you can get, and egalitarian, too!
     We've also used it at the baby namings of our grandchildren to start the 
home ceremonies and at table when we've had guests for holidays.
