Song Leader ability is not a requirement for this job, buy it is always a 
plus when working with kids.  I have a vested interest in finding someone 
really wonderful for this position because it is my home congregation and I 
would love to have a vibrant Youth Group available to my 8th grade daughter.  
Feel free to pass this on to anyone that might be a good candidate or know 
someone who might be a good candidate.
