I don't reply often, but as a correction to Jennifer's email, Kol Dodi
is published and sold by Transcontinental Music.

Jewish Wedding Music
I strongly recommend the songbook "Kol Dodi". It contains 5 services of
varying styles (Traditional, Folk, Sephardi, "American", etc.) as well
as
MANY additional songs. One of my favorites from the book is "You Have
Captured My Heart" by Julie Silver. It's a fairly simple tune, but
really
very lovely. It is based on Song of Songs but makes no reference to
Adon/Lord/masculine G-d. My voice teacher noted it could be used even
at
non-Jewish ceremonies (she's Catholic).
You can find Kol Dodi at tara.com
Good luck,
Jenniferb
