Can anyone tell me exactly what a finjan looks like?

Someone said "finjan" is originally a Russian word, can anyone comment on this?

and ... exactly what is being described by the lines:  "Soveiv lo, soveiv 
hafinjan"?  ... 
what is going around, and how?
