That in itself is a big machlokes!  (disagreement).  A good siddur ought
to have it.

FWIW, the Chassidic answer to that question is, while facing to the east:
south, north, east, up, down, and west.  (On the "down", the hand motion
is down, but the lulav is not pointed down).

Other Ashkenaz have a different answer (but I don't know what it is).
